This person does not exist

The title is the name of a website. Every time you update the page you see what looks like a color photo of a human person. The thing is, none of them exist. They have been generated using machine learning and Generative Adversarial Networks. The source images that it has learned from was a dataset of celebrity images.

I think this is very fascinating. I reload time after time and get new “fake” human faces in a second. Some look a bit weird, but most could be someone you met somewhere.

I imagine this could be quite dangerous if used by people poses as someone else online, particularly on dating apps and such things.

It's crazy how realistic some of them look! However, some do come out and look a little bizarre Laughing out loud

#2: Yes. On the other hand, that possibility has been there for quite some time. This is just another way of getting their photos fast. #3: I don’t know which category you think that fall into, cute girl with a squint. 🙂
